Shadow a Patriot for the Day
Shadowing a current Archbishop Carroll High School student is a great way to experience all that Carroll has to offer! Spend the day visiting classes, getting to know faculty and students, learning more about athletics and extracurricular activities, and more! Lunch is provided for all shadow students. Questions? Set up a Tour
One of the best ways to experience Carroll is to plan a school tour! Visitors will receive a personalized visit with Heather (Taylor) Terbay '98, Director of Admissions. This unique experience is designed to let a student who is unfamiliar with Carroll picture himself or herself as a Patriot by receiving a behind the scenes look at what makes Carroll such a special place to learn and grow. Taking the High School Placement Test
Students who apply to Archbishop Carroll High School as freshmen are required by the Archdiocese of Cincinnati to take the HSPT as part of the application process. This test will take place at all Archdiocesan high schools on Saturday, November 23, 2024. The cost of this test is $30. You can use the link below to sign your student up for the test. High School Placement Test Sign Up
High School Placement Test Prep Sessions
Students can sign up to take a prep session to help prepare them for the High School Placement Test. These prep sessions are offered Saturday, November 2nd and Saturday, November 9th from 8:30-10:00 am. Students only need to attend one session.
Open House
Join us for an Open House on Sunday, October 27, 2024 from 1:00-4:00 p.m. Tour the building, talk to our amazing faculty and staff, and learn about all the amazing things Archbishop Carroll High School has to offer.
Applications for Admission, Scholarships, and Financial Aid
The application for admission is now available! Please use the link below to apply for the 2025-2026 school year.
The applications for scholarships and financial aid offerings will be available October 1, 2024. All materials for application, scholarships, and financial aid are due December 1, 2024.

Submit a Request for Records
Please fill out and return the Archdiocese of Cincinnati Release of Records to your grade school office. This form is made available through your Catholic grade school office and authorizes the release of your transcripts from 6th, 7th, and 8th grade, as well as standardized test scores, and IEP/ISP plans, if applicable. If you do not attend a Catholic grade school, Archbishop Carroll High School will provide you with a release of records to take to your current school.
Letters of Acceptance
After reviewing application materials, Archbishop Carroll High School will notify accepted students via mail in mid-January 2025.
Enrollment and Course Selection
After completing the online enrollment process, all incoming freshmen and transfer students will be invited to select their courses for the 2025-2026 school year. Our wonderful guidance counselors will meet with students and parents by appointment to make their course selections.
Welcome Party for the Class of 2029
Meet your new classmates and start building new friendships! Parents are invited to attend information sessions to help your family adjust to life as new Patriots. This fun event will take place before the start of the 2025-2026 school year.
